Zensar Opens Shop for Employee Ideas Now

Zensar Technologies is launching a client assurance organisation and an inhouse crowdsourcing programme as the company puts in place new processes to boost growth.
Zensar is majority owned by RPG Group, though private equity firm Apax bought close to 25% stake last year.
IT companies are increasingly looking at tapping their existing workforce for innovative ideas. Companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys and HCL Technologies run such programmes.
Zensar has also invested in creating new solutions such as a robotic process automation, an offering for retail, and an internetof-things-based offering.
