Assisted Ecomm Startups Spot Promise in Services

Kyossk, a Hyderabad-based startup, is planning to launch its service centers in Hyderabad, Nellore and Visakhapatnam this month, followed by Gujarat and Rajasthan next month. Kyossk intends to build a bridge between digital startup services and customers in Tier-II and below areas. It plans to provide services from paying bills electronically, wallet creation and loading, domestic money transfer and booking bus tickets to help filling of Aadhar card, pan card and passport applications. The startup has partnered with Red Bus, EKO, BookMEDS and Blu Box, among others.
While startups agree that the potential in this market is huge, they concede that developing the apt ecosystem to tap the opportunity is an uphill task due to various complexities.
